Eligibility
- Missouri resident
- Demonstrate financial need via FAFSA (EFC of $12,000 or below)
- Enrolled full-time at a participating Missouri institution
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress and a 2.5+ GPA

Merit-basedCovers tuition and general fees at any Missouri public community college or vocational school
Eligibility
- Graduate from a designated A+ high school
- Attend a designated A+ high school for 3 years prior to graduation
- Maintain a 2.5+ GPA and 95%+ attendance
- Complete 50 hours of unpaid tutoring/mentoring
- Score proficient or advanced on the state Algebra I end-of-course exam (or equivalent)
